Skyler Strouse –  outcast.strouse@gmail.com – 260-349-3537

My name is Skyler Strouse and I have coached softball for the past 7 years.  My goal is to instill the love for softball in these young girls, and provide them with the confidence to believe in themselves and their abilities.  All the while, teaching them the fundamentals, strategies, and the techniques that will allow them to develop into great players on and off the field.

OUTCAST Buerk (10U)

Bill Buerk – buerk24@gmail.com – 937-516-4779

My name is Bill Buerk and I have been coaching softball for the last 8 years.  I enjoy every aspect of the game.  I love teaching the girls the fundamentals and the mental part of the game.  I want to help every player to be better than when I first met them.  I’ve had great success over the years and I’m excited to bring that to the Outcast program.  I look forward to helping your daughter get to the next level.

Chris Lakechrisnson@yahoo.com – 937-830-0017

My name is Chris Lake and I have coached baseball for 4 years and softball for the past 3 years with my daughter and we won our EKRC championship this summer.  I want my team to compete at a high level but also still learn the fundamentals of softball, sportsmanship, and player/team development.  Let’s have fun and win some championships!

Scott Barnette – scott_barnette@yahoo.com937-718-2642

My name is Scott Barnette and I have been coaching youth baseball/softball for 30 years.  I’ve been with Outcast for 5 seasons.  In that time, I’ve led my teams to 31 championship games.  My goal for my team is that they work hard on the fundamentals of the game and learn strategy and softball IQ.  I want to make sure they have fun and make lifelong friendships with their teammates.
